The Barefoot Blacksmith Hi Lo Adjustable Hoof Stand combines adjustable height, stability and durability for everyday hoof trimming and care. Andrew and Nicky Bowe designed the stand, use it themselves and personally oversee its manufacture. It supports horse comfort while helping reduce physical strain on farriers, barefoot trimmers and horse owners.
Its distinctive scalloped base is a standout design feature, allowing closer positioning underneath the horse for comfortable hoof support. Together with the low height setting, it makes positioning easier for older, sore or less flexible horses.
Two interchangeable posts provide an adjustable height range of 24–45 cm, accommodating horses from Shetlands to Clydesdales. The stand provides stable support on uneven ground and helps relieve pressure on your back and body. This is particularly useful with horses that tend to lean during trimming.
Extremely durable and built for regular use, the Hi Lo Adjustable Hoof Stand comes complete with two interchangeable posts and a cradle. Choose your preferred cradle width when ordering. Replacement cradles and spare parts are also available.
