Before Returning Your Boots
Please contact us by phone prior to sending your boots back. In many cases, a simple replacement part can be sent to you, which may resolve the issue more efficiently.
⚠️ Returns without identifiable customer information cannot be processed.
When posting your boots, include a note with your phone number, the reason for return, and the tax invoice number from your receipt.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- Products must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, free from dirt, wear marks, and damage.
- All original packaging and materials must be included.
Please note:
- Refunds apply only to the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Bank fees may apply for refunds issued to credit cards.
- Products must be returned to our warehouse within the specified timeframe.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your boots are damaged due to a manufacturing defect:
- Return the boots within the 45-day warranty period.
- We will inspect the product and, if approved, send a replacement free of charge.
Sizing Exchanges
We are happy to exchange boots due to sizing issues.
Conditions:
- Boots must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
- All postage costs for returning and resending boots are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Cleanliness Requirement for Warranty Assessment
All boots and accessories returned for warranty assessment must be clean and free of manure, urine, and dirt.
- Dirty or smelly boots will incur a $20 cleaning fee prior to examination.
- Boots are washable; please clean them before posting.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following items and conditions are not covered under warranty:
- Glue-on boots, shoes, or accessories not in original, unopened packaging.
- Products damaged by animals (e.g., horses, rodents) or unusual abuse.
- Boots altered by heat fitting or used over steel, aluminum, or composite horseshoes.
- Bargain bin items, factory seconds, or products sold as used.
- Adhesives and packing materials.
⚠️ Only products purchased directly from Easycare Down Under (Australia) are eligible for warranty claims. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the original point of sale.
