Our choice of professional rasp is the Bellota. It is Spanish made and therefore designed for rasping hard feet which are just so common in Australia.
These rasps are sharp and durable.
These are easy to use for owner trimmers and very efficient at hoof cutting; not overly aggressive and leave a good finish.
They are long lasting ( making them quite economical ) and are popular with professional trimmers.
I have been using Bellotas for quite some time. Having trimmed a lot of horses with them I am very satisfied with their performance.
